  1. We can get at some of this by student enrollment in different "types" of courses (traditional vs online vs hybrid). These enrollment figures are included in the 10th Day Enrollment Reports. I'm not sure if these stats really get at "demand", though--we may need to look at fill rates for different types of classes to see if there is unmet demand for alternative delivery modes.

  2. In the past, we have filled two to three sections of online classes in a particular course. Since we had a change in adimin., it feels like you don't have the support to continue this positive enrollment trend, and so less are being offered. Students love online classes, it would help with our parking issues, and if before the 30% enrollment increase we were filling the sectons. How do we as a team work together to ensure we are offering the clases the students want and need. What happened to the idea of a waiting list, and then opening new sections? Wasn't the new system suppposed to allow this? If we have enough students for a second 8 week course in a semester, and we have that many students that will sign up (on waiting list), can we be more flexible and add it?
